About the event
Arrive at 9am to relax into the space and experience Breath Release with AnnaMarie (includes groovin to music and a guided breath session for activation and release). Next create a circle of safety to absorb a sound healing session with Vanessa (singing bowls, rain maker, and Reiki). Enjoy a light lunch with the small group you are connecting with. Create a masterful piece of art with Brenda at 1pm. Finish the day with the features of Nirvana Wellness including massage chairs, sound bed (vibroacoustic therapy, hydromassage with redlight, and dry salt therapy.
