Join a small group of individuals and experience a guided breath journey with Respiratory Specialist AnnaMarie. Find a renewed sense of self and confidence through a breathing journey that includes, music, aromatherapy, Reiki, and nature elements to elevate your energy and vitality.

$50/person for breath journey only. This includes dance, breath, and Reiki guided by Anna Marie at 10 am, light foods for refreshment will follow.


Add on saltroom session with dry salt halogenerator for 60 minutes, 30 minute chair massage, and Inharmony sound bed for 30 minutes for deep relaxation.


Enjoy the full 4-hour retreat 10am - 2:pm with the breathe journey and the sensory relaxation features for $90/person when paid in advance.

Stephanie is a compassionate and spiritually grounded holistic practitioner specializing in Addiction Consulting, Certified Hypnotherapy (Certified Hyp.), Reiki Level 2 Energy Healing, and Meditation Wellness Coaching through her signature Authentic Self Program.
