Join a small group of individuals and experience a guided breath journey with Respiratory Specialist AnnaMarie. Find a renewed sense of self and confidence through a breathing journey that includes, music, aromatherapy, Reiki, and nature elements to elevate your energy and vitality.
$50/person includes dance, breath, and Reiki guided by Anna Marie at 10 am, light foods for refreshment following
Add on saltroom session with dry salt halogenerator for 30 minutes and hydromassage with redlight or Inharmony sound bed for 20 minutes, Both features are $50 per person.
Enjoy the full 4-hour retreat with the breathe journey with Anna Marie and the center double feature for $90/person when paid in advance.
