About the event
Join a small group of individuals and experience a guided breath journey with Respiratory Specialist AnnaMarie. Find a renewed sense of self and confidence through a breathing journey that includes, music, aromatherapy, Reiki, and nature elements to elevate your energy and vitality.
$50/person includes dance, breath, and Reiki guided by Anna Marie at 10:30 am, and refreshments following.
******Add on salt room session with dry salt treatment for 30 minutes and hydromassage with redlight or Inharmony sound bed for 20 minutes for $40/person.
Enjoy the full 4-hour retreat with the breath journey with Anna Marie, salt therapy, and massage features for $90/person.

Stephanie Canfield has education in addiction, nutrition and family prevention to improve wellness and health outcomes by providing education on mind-body-spirit connection while also learning CBT and DBT skills. Address stress and complex challenges in life with coaching paired with sensory therapies to improve mindset and reach lifestyle goals. Come and experience Nirvana where you develop happiness and ease, free yourself from adverse affects of stressors.
These modalities combined put individuals on a fast track to rewiring their minds and bodies for improved self-perception, reliving ailments of the physical body, and uplifting their spirits. Developed by Stephanie Canfield, LADC, RTT C.Hyp, CPRS to address stressors and symptoms related to trauma, childhood trauma, and addictions, and to break the cycle of dis-ease by providing a space of tranquility and peace.
