About the event
The day retreat agenda is designed to help participants achieve deep relaxation through a combination of wellness therapies:
Participants will start the morning with the massage features, including the zero gravity massage chairs, sound frequency bed, hydromassage with canopy red light, meditation cushion with frequency music, and oxygen with aromatherapy.
At 11 am the group will experience a Gong Music Meditation session with Angie Moita Master, Spiritual Healer and Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner.
A mindful lunch will be presented at noon, followed by an engaging Breath Journey Workshop at 1:00 PM presented by Awaken With Anna a masterful breath facilitator, respiratory specialist, and Reiki healer.
At approximately 2:30 the group will experience dry salt therapy with frequency healing music by Inharmony.
