Includes initial intake evaluation, assessment of root issues, collaboration to identify the change that needs to take place, along with creating a detailed description of the ideal desired results, and a hypnosis session that engages the subconscious mind to find the core memories holding on to the problematic behavior. 30 minutes of complimentary relaxation services are available following in person appointments. Each session received an audio of your hypnosis transformation to play for 21 days. Zoom appointments are $50 off. No refunds are allowed after payment is made upon completion of a hypnosis session.
